- Brush your tongue with a few soft strokes, starting at the rear and working your way forward. Do not scrub the surface. This aids in the removal of microorganisms and the freshening of your breath.
- Rinse your mouth with mouthwash after brushing your teeth for two to three minutes.
- Every three to four months, replace your toothbrush with a new one.
